J&FJ Baker's Waxed Flesh calf leathers are tanned from locally sourced ox calf hides. Hides are oak bark tanned for three months and dressed/curried with a special blend of waxes and greases that have been a house secret for generations. 

Hides average 1.6-2.0mm in thickness
