Refund policy

Returns are accepted if notified within seven days of receiving the leather. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Leather must be in new and unused condition and must be un-cut. Our responsibility ends when you cut into the leather. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Return shipping must include sufficient insurance to cover the cost for the leather. Returns are not accepted for special order items (such as unique leathers, hides cut into straps at customer request, and leathers split to customer specifications).

Orders cancelled before shipping will incur a 4% cancellation fee to cover the credit card and PayPal processing fees that we still have to pay on the cancelled order.
